Shipping policy

3 Commissioned pieces and delivery timeframe

All Rose Joseph orders are commissioned pieces. Production begins after we accept your order and receive the required payment and complete order details. A commission of an existing Rose Joseph design is distinct from a bespoke or personalized commission incorporating individually agreed modifications.

The estimated four to six week arrival window includes production and standard delivery. It runs from receipt of your complete order and payment, rather than from a later internal production date. If specifications remain to be approved, we will disclose the applicable start date and delivery timeframe before you commit to the purchase. Any different timeframe for a bespoke or personalized piece must also be disclosed and accepted before purchase.

We will notify you promptly if we anticipate a delay. If we cannot ship within the stated shipping deadline, or cannot meet the stated arrival window, we will provide a revised timeframe, explain your options, and obtain your consent to a delay where required by law. You may cancel the affected unshipped order and receive a full and prompt refund where applicable. If legally required consent is not obtained, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amounts paid. Commissioned, personalized, and final-sale status do not override these rights.

7 Shipping charges and delivery

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$100,000. Standard outbound shipping is complimentary on a single order with a merchandise subtotal of US$100,000 or more. The qualifying subtotal is calculated after any discounts and excludes taxes and shipping charges. Separate orders are not combined to meet the threshold.

All applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before purchase. Optional expedited services or special delivery arrangements, if available, will be quoted separately and require your approval. Complimentary outbound shipping does not automatically include elective return shipping or later repair shipping; those charges must be disclosed under the applicable policy. Charges associated with our error or a legally required remedy will be handled as required by law.

We deliver only to destinations offered at checkout or expressly approved in writing before purchase. Please provide a complete, accurate address. Address changes must be requested through Rose Joseph and are subject to verification and carrier availability. Any resulting additional charge requires your approval.

Shipments are insured in transit and require an adult signature upon delivery. Rose Joseph remains responsible for transit loss or damage until delivery to you or your authorized recipient, subject to applicable law. Any carrier restrictions or excluded address types will be disclosed before checkout.

Please inspect your piece upon receipt and contact Rose Joseph promptly if it is missing, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications. Prompt notification helps us investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy; it does not shorten any legal claim period. Retain the packaging where possible. A carrier delivery scan or signature does not, by itself, resolve a disputed delivery claim.
